DETOX GUIDELINE MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR DETOX PROGRAM

  • We suggest you follow this detox guideline to make your detoxification process as effective as possible.
  • Detoxification is not effective when you are constipated. Do a complete COLON CLEANSE.
  • We recommend you take a COLON SCRAPE (especially when you have a history of frequent constipation); This removes chemicals and toxins from the inside of the colon.
  • Take a very good ANTI-OXIDANT, (e.g. Procydin), for at least 1 MONTH or as long as you go for Ozone therapy.
  • To maximize your OXYGEN ABSORBTION during Ozone therapy, take raw FLAX SEED OIL (liquid or capsule).
  • AVOID THE FOLLOWING: All animal products, e.g. all animal protein, meat, chicken, fish, milk, cheese, yoghurt, etc.
  • All tea, coffee and alcohol & NO SMOKING
  • Walk 20-30 minutes every day
  • We encourage a high fiber intake to ensure proper digestive functioning.
  • Drink 2-3 liters of water every day.
  • 20 minutes sunshine between 9-11am and 4-6pm every day.
